MYCONTROL Project

Guarantee & improvement of Public Health

CustomDrinks participates, together with CIFGA and Evialis (consortium leader) in the project CONTROL OF NATURAL CONTAMINANTS IN CEREAL PRODUCTS - MYCONTROL, whose general objective is to reduce the impact of the mycotoxins found in the raw materials used for the manufacture of food products for human and animal consumption, in order to improve and guarantee public health, increase its quality and provide a high added value to these products.

This project has been funded through the INNTERCONECTA 2016 program with file number ITC-20161072, and has been subsidized by CDTI (Center for Industrial Technological Development), and is thus supported by the Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad del Gobierno de España. This aid is funded by the ERDF 2014-2020 Fund.

This project is being developed in Galicia, specifically in the facilities of each project partners in Lugo and A Coruña. The total project budget has been 1,138,427 €, which has been distributed among the three milestones of the project, from 01/07/2016 to 31/03/2019. The project has been co-financed by the CDTI with ERDF Funds (European Regional Development Fund).

OXIDRINKS Project

Antioxidant capacity of beverages

CustomDrinks participates, together with the company CIFGA and the University of Santiago de Compostela, in the project named OXIDRINKS "CONTENT IN ANTIOXIDANTS AND RELATIONSHIP WITH HEALTHY AGING APPLIED TO SIDRA, BEER AND JUICE" whose general objective is to determine the antioxidant capacity and the content of Bioactive phytochemical compounds present in the raw materials used for the manufacture of beverages of commercial interest such as cider, beer, wine and juice, as well as in the final products, in order to improve and intensify its antioxidant potential and to value its beneficial effect As a way of preventing neurodegenerative diseases related to aging.
